This extractor fan features a built-in humidity sensor that automatically activates the fan when humidity levels exceed a set threshold and continues to run for a pre-set time after the level drops. It can also be operated in conjunction with the room light; the fan starts when the light is switched on and runs for a pre-set adjustable time after the light is switched off. For timer functionality, a permanent live, switched live, and neutral connection (3 wires excluding earth) are required at the fan position. Otherwise, it operates solely in humidity sensor mode. The fan must always be permanently connected to an unswitched supply. Key specifications include: Mains voltage 230/240V AC 50Hz, extraction rate of 30 litres per second / 107 cubic metres per hour, power consumption of 18 watts, and a sound output of 36dB(A) @ 3m. It includes automatic slow-opening/closing back draught shutters and is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting. The timer is adjustable from 3 to 35 minutes. It is Class II, double insulated, and IPX4 rated, with CE approval. Dimensions: 156mm high x 156mm wide x 47mm deep (beyond installed surface), with a 98mm diameter spigot extending 53mm.
