The V-SWAP™ system is Veto Pro Pac's proprietary design that allows for interchangeable panels within their tool bags and backpacks, enabling users to customize their storage and access.

The Tech Pac Special Ops model includes the standard Tool Panel and Meter Panel. Additional V-SWAP™ panels are available for purchase separately.

The Tech Pac Special Ops is a black and HI-VIZ yellow version of the Tech Pac Blackout, featuring the same core design and functionality but with enhanced visibility.

The Tech Pac Special Ops is primarily designed for tools and meters. While some users may fit a slim laptop or tablet in the main compartment, it does not feature a dedicated, padded laptop sleeve.

The capacity varies depending on the size of the tools, but the dedicated Tool Panel and Meter Panel offer numerous pockets and elastic loops designed to hold a substantial amount of frequently used tools and equipment.

The backpack is constructed from durable, water-resistant materials designed to protect tools from the elements. However, it is not fully waterproof, and prolonged exposure to heavy rain may allow moisture to penetrate.

Adjust shoulder straps and sternum strap for a secure and balanced fit. Distribute weight evenly among the internal compartments.

Ensure panels are correctly inserted into the V-SWAP™ system. Organize tools within the panel pockets for optimal access based on frequency of use.

Check for any fabric or debris caught in the zipper teeth. Apply a wax-based lubricant or zipper treatment to ensure smooth operation.

Inspect the affected area. Minor fraying can sometimes be addressed with fabric glue. For significant wear, contact customer support.
