Nike Zoom Mercurial Vapor 16 Academy Firm Ground Football Boots - Burgundy/Print

No, these boots are designed specifically for firm ground (FG) natural grass pitches. Using them on artificial grass may lead to reduced performance and potential damage to the studs.

After use, remove dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the synthetic upper with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using strong detergents and allow the boots to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.

The Zoom Air unit provides responsive cushioning, giving you an added spring in your step and enhancing energy return during explosive movements like sprinting and jumping.

The speed cage is an internal component that locks your foot securely inside the boot, preventing slippage and enhancing agility and responsiveness without hindering natural foot movement.

The contoured toe box is designed to provide a more precise fit, offering maximum stability and support, especially during rapid directional changes and quick cuts.

While they are ready to wear, a short break-in period during light training is recommended to allow the boots to mold to your foot shape for optimal comfort and performance.

These boots are intended for football players who play on firm ground, natural grass pitches and seek enhanced grip, agility, and responsive cushioning.

Allow for a break-in period during light training sessions. Ensure laces are adjusted correctly, not overtightened. If discomfort persists, consider if the boot's fit profile suits your foot shape.

Confirm you are using the boots on the intended firm ground surface. The traction pattern is optimized for natural grass; performance may vary on different or worn-out pitches.

Ensure the boots are clean and free from debris that could affect cushioning. The responsiveness is designed for dynamic movements; very static play might not fully engage the unit. Proper care is essential for longevity.

Check if the boots are being used on surfaces other than firm ground (e.g., artificial turf, concrete). Excessive wear on inappropriate surfaces is not covered by standard product performance.
