Can I use this dryer with a diffuser?

The dryer includes a concentrator nozzle. It is not currently compatible with third-party diffusers unless they fit the specific nozzle diameter.

Troubleshooting

The dryer shuts off during use.

The overheat protection has triggered. Ensure the air intake is not blocked and allow the unit to cool down for 5-10 minutes before turning it back on.

Airflow seems weaker than usual.

Check the rear air intake grille for dust or hair buildup and clean it with a soft brush.

The unit makes an unusual noise.

Unplug the dryer and check the intake for any trapped hair or objects that may be obstructing the fan.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your dryer, ensure the concentrator nozzle is clicked firmly into place before plugging the device into a standard wall outlet. For maintenance, it is critical to keep the rear air intake clear of hair and dust accumulation to prevent the automatic overheat protection from triggering prematurely. Once a week, wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth and inspect the intake grille for any debris. Store the dryer by coiling the cord loosely; avoid wrapping the cord tightly around the handle, as this can damage the internal wiring over time.
