Gas lift not working or chair sinks

Confirm the gas lift lever is correctly engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift mechanism may need to be replaced.

Velvet upholstery appears matted or dirty

Gently brush the velvet with a soft brush in the direction of the nap. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth and dab gently; avoid harsh rubbing.

Castor wheels stick or do not roll smoothly

Check the wheels for debris or tangled hair. Clean them with a damp cloth. Ensure they are properly seated in the base.

Cons

  • May be too small for users who prefer a larger seating area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The chair typically requires minimal assembly. Ensure all components, including the base, gas lift, seat, and castor wheels, are present. Follow the included instructions to attach the seat to the base and secure the gas lift. The castor wheels usually click into place on the base.

Compatibility: This chair is designed for standard home office environments. It is compatible with most desk heights. The five castor wheels are suitable for most hard floor surfaces and low-pile carpets. For optimal performance and stability, ensure the chair is placed on a level surface.

Care: To maintain the beauty and texture of the pink velvet upholstery, regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is recommended. For minor spills or stains, gently dab the affected area with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive water, as these can damage the velvet fabric and the chair's structure. Periodically check that all screws and connections are tight to ensure continued stability and safety.
