Setup, Compatibility & Care
For successful installation, ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and flat. The boards should be stored horizontally in a dry environment for at least 24 hours prior to installation to allow the material to acclimate to the room temperature. When cutting to length, use a fine-toothed saw to prevent splintering the pre-finished surface. Use appropriate fixings recommended for MDF, such as secret nails or high-quality adhesive, depending on the wall structure. For cleaning, simply wipe the cladding with a soft, dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these may damage the light grey finish.
