What is the maximum weight capacity for this swing?

The swing is designed for babies from birth up to a maximum weight of 9kg (approximately 9 months).

Can I machine-wash the seat cover?

Yes, the seat cover is machine-washable. For best results, remove it from the frame and follow the care instructions on the label, typically using a gentle cycle with cold water and then air-drying.

Is assembly difficult for this swing?

Assembly is generally straightforward and can be completed by following the detailed step-by-step instructions provided in the user manual. No special tools are usually required.

Can I use the swing outdoors?

The Graco Baby Delight Swing is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to outdoor elements like rain or direct sunlight can damage the product and compromise its safety features.

Does this swing have music or vibration features?

Troubleshooting

Swing is not turning on or moving.

First, check that fresh batteries are correctly installed in the battery compartment, ensuring proper polarity. If the issue persists, verify that all frame components are fully clicked into place and that there are no obstructions hindering the swing mechanism. Info needed: [Specific battery type required]

Baby seems uncomfortable or fussy in the swing.

Adjust the recline position to find the most comfortable angle for your baby. Experiment with both swing speeds; some babies prefer a gentler sway, while others respond better to a slightly faster motion. Ensure the harness is snug but not too tight.

The swing motion seems weak or slow.

This is often an indicator of low batteries. Replace all batteries with a fresh set. Ensure you are using the correct type and size of batteries as specified in the manual.

The toy bar is not rotating or toys are not moving.

The Graco Baby Delight Swing features a *rotating* toy bar, meaning the entire bar can be moved out of the way for access. The plush toys themselves are designed to be stationary for visual engagement and do not motorize or spin independently. This is normal operation.
