Full details
The KONG Twistz Ring High-Viz Dog Toy is an ideal choice for active dogs and owners who enjoy outdoor play regardless of the environment or time of day. Its primary benefit is superior visibility and versatility, featuring high-contrast colors and glow-in-the-dark properties that ensure the toy never gets lost in tall grass, snow, or water. While it offers excellent durability and a unique, unpredictable bounce, users should note that the glow-in-the-dark feature requires consistent exposure to a light source before each evening play session to remain effective.

FAQs
Is this toy suitable for aggressive chewers?
No, the KONG Twistz Ring is designed for interactive fetch and play. It is not intended for prolonged, heavy chewing.
How long does the glow effect last?
After a full 20-minute charge, the glow typically lasts for the duration of a standard evening play session.
Can I use this in saltwater?
Yes, it is water-safe, but we recommend rinsing the toy with fresh water after saltwater exposure to maintain the material.
What should I do if the toy gets damaged?
If you notice cracks, tears, or missing pieces, please discontinue use and replace the toy to ensure your pet's safety.
Is the Small size appropriate for all dogs?
The Small size is best suited for small to medium breeds. Always select a toy size that is appropriate for your dog's mouth size to prevent choking.
Troubleshooting
The toy does not glow in the dark.
Ensure you have charged the toy under a bright lamp or in direct sunlight for at least 15-20 minutes immediately before use.
The toy feels slippery when wet.
The twisted design is intended for better grip, but you can wipe the surface with a dry towel to improve traction after it has been in the water.
