Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Determine the desired stopping point for your door.
- Position the doorstop on the floor at that point, ensuring the rubber buffer will contact the door.
- Mark the screw hole locations on the floor.
- Drill pilot holes according to your flooring material (wood, concrete, etc.).
- Secure the doorstop to the floor using appropriate screws (not included).
Compatibility:
These doorstops are designed for floor mounting on most solid surfaces, including wood, tile, and concrete. Ensure your flooring can accommodate screws. They are compatible with all types of interior doors.
Care:
To maintain the appearance and function of your doorstops, wipe them clean periodically with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the satin stainless steel finish and the rubber buffer.
