Troubleshooting
Doors not closing smoothly or aligning properly
Check if the unit is level and securely installed. Adjust the hinges by loosening the screws slightly, realigning the door, and then retightening the screws. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the doors from closing.
Water marks on the marble countertop
Wipe the countertop immediately with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild, pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for natural stone and dry thoroughly.
Unit feels unstable
Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, level surface and that all assembly fixings are tight. If necessary, use shims to level the unit.
Soft-close mechanism is noisy or not engaging
Verify that the doors are correctly attached to the hinges and that the hinges are properly installed. Ensure there is no debris or obstruction in the hinge mechanism. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
