Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before the first use, wash the braiser in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. While the unit is dishwasher safe, hand washing with non-abrasive tools is recommended to preserve the exterior finish over the long term. This roaster is compatible with standard ovens up to 230°C. Avoid using metal utensils directly on the enamel surface to prevent potential marking, even though the material is rated for durability. When storing, consider placing a soft cloth between this piece and other pans if stacking to protect the enamel finish.
