Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Hainenko markers last as long as possible, follow these best practices:
- Storage: Always store markers in a horizontal position when not in use to ensure even ink distribution to the tip.
- Capping: Immediately replace the cap after every use until you hear a click. This creates an airtight seal that prevents the ink from evaporating.
- Surface Compatibility: Use only on standard melamine or porcelain whiteboards. If you accidentally use these markers on a porous surface, they may leave a ghost image or be difficult to erase.
- Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth or a dedicated whiteboard eraser. For stubborn residue, use a standard dry-erase board cleaner to refresh the writing surface.
