Troubleshooting

Keyboard not recognized by computer

Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into both the keyboard and a working USB port on the computer. Try a different USB port or computer. If using the USB hub, try connecting the keyboard directly to the computer.

Some shortcut keys are not working

Verify that you are running a compatible version of Adobe Photoshop CC or Lightroom CC. Ensure no other software is interfering with keyboard input. Check for any physical damage to the keys.

Backlighting not working or flickering

Check the USB connection. Cycle through the different light levels using the dedicated function keys. If the issue persists, contact support.

USB hub ports not functioning

Ensure the keyboard's main USB cable is connected. Try connecting a different USB device to the hub ports. If one specific device doesn't work, it may be incompatible with the USB 2.0 hub speed.
