Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, and any loose material is removed. The substrate should be free from any previous plaster residue.
- Damp-Proofing: Apply Dryzone Damp-Proofing Cream or insert Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rods as per the manufacturer's instructions *before* applying the plaster.
- Mixing: Mix the plaster with clean water according to the manufacturer's instructions to achieve a workable consistency.
- Application: Apply the plaster evenly to the prepared surface using a trowel. The thickness will depend on the surface's unevenness.
- Setting: The plaster sets in approximately 2 hours. Avoid disturbing the surface during this time.
- Curing: Allow the plaster to fully cure following the manufacturer’s instructions. This may take several days.
Compatibility: This plaster is specifically designed to be used after treatment with Dryzone Damp-Proofing Cream or Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rods.
Care: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Store in a cool, dry place and follow the safety guidelines provided on the packaging.
