Troubleshooting

Microwave does not turn on or operate.

Check that the microwave is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Test the outlet with another appliance. Ensure the microwave door is fully closed and latched properly, as a safety mechanism prevents operation if the door is open.

Food is not heating or cooking unevenly.

Verify that the correct power level and cooking time have been selected for the food item. Stir or rotate food halfway through cooking for more even heating. Ensure you are using microwave-safe dishes and not metal containers. Check if the plate fits correctly and if it's placed centrally (assuming a turntable, though not explicitly stated in product info, it's common).

Microwave light is not working.

The internal light is a user-replaceable component in many microwaves, but check your user manual first. If the microwave is still under its 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, contact customer support for assistance before attempting any repairs.
