The Core Products Wide Slatted Storage Box with Lid is an ideal organization solution for homeowners seeking a versatile, breathable storage crate for household essentials, craft supplies, or toys. It offers a tidy way to declutter living spaces while maintaining airflow, though users should note that the natural finish may require additional sealing or painting if placed in high-moisture environments like bathrooms.

Yes, the natural beige finish is designed to be easily customized with paint, stain, or varnish.
The flat lid design allows you to stack boxes safely, provided the items inside are distributed evenly for stability.
The Core Products Wide Slatted Storage Box ships ready to use, including the fitted lid.
It can be used in a bathroom, but we recommend applying a waterproof sealant to the wood to protect it from steam and humidity.
The box features a wide, rectangular footprint optimized for standard shelving units.
The crate is crafted from natural wood with a sturdy construction suitable for standard home organization tasks.
Natural wood can expand slightly in high-humidity environments; lightly sand the inner edges of the lid to improve the fit.
Lightly sand the affected area with fine-grit sandpaper and re-apply a protective wood sealer or matching stain.
Setup is straightforward: simply place the lid on top of the crate once your items are inside. If you intend to customize the box, ensure the surface is lightly sanded before applying your chosen paint or wood stain. For ongoing care, dust the exterior with a dry cloth periodically. If the box is used to store pantry items, occasionally wipe the interior with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air-dry completely to maintain the wood integrity. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the natural finish or damage the wood grain.
