Troubleshooting
Wallet zipper is stiff
Gently pull the zipper back and forth. If it remains stiff, try applying a small amount of graphite from a pencil tip along the zipper teeth, then work the zipper again.
Eraser leaves smudges
Ensure you are using a clean eraser. Gently rub the surface of the eraser on a clean piece of paper to remove any debris. For best results, erase lightly and steadily.
Contents are loose in the wallet
Ensure all items are properly placed within the designated areas of the wallet if applicable, and close the zip lock securely.
