Troubleshooting

Check for debris caught in the pivot points and ensure the frame is perfectly level.
Blinds are sticking in the tracks
Clean the tracks with a damp cloth to remove grit and ensure the blind fabric is aligned correctly.
Water is leaking from the frame
Verify that the U-shaped drainage channels are not blocked by leaves or organic material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires a level surface to ensure the louvre mechanism functions correctly. Use the provided ground bolts to anchor the frame to concrete or solid wood decking for safety. To maintain the finish, periodically rinse the frame with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Ensure the mesh blinds are retracted during high wind events to prevent damage. Before the winter season, clear any debris from the roof channels to ensure the internal drainage system remains clear and functional.
