Full details

Dengie Healthy Hooves Molasses Free is a complete, low-calorie, high-fibre feed for leisure horses and ponies, enriched with essential nutrients crucial for healthy hooves. Approved by The Laminitis Trust, this feed offers a tasty alternative with no added sugar, containing only 2.5% naturally occurring sugar and a very low 1.5% starch, making it a safe choice for horses prone to laminitis. It is fortified with key nutrients like biotin, B vitamins, chelated trace minerals, and alfalfa to promote hoof growth and quality, as well as overall condition and gut health. The feed is highly palatable due to the inclusion of garlic and pellets. Key Benefits: Fortified with biotin for hoof health, low sugar and starch, includes chelated trace minerals for better absorption, and is high in fibre for gut health. Typical analysis includes 8.5MJ/kg Digestible Energy, 9% Protein, 5% Oil, 9.5% Ash, 27% Fibre, and 6mg/kg Biotin. Ingredients: Oat straw, alfalfa pellets, dried alfalfa, rape seed oil, garlic, vitamin and mineral premix. Feeding Guidelines: Small Pony (200kg) - 1kg/day; Large Pony (300kg) - 1.5kg/day; Small Horse (400kg) - 2kg/day.
