Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Gather your tools, including a screwdriver, screws (provided), and potentially a drill for pilot holes.
- Marking: Position the hook on the wall and mark the screw hole locations with a pencil.
- Drilling: If necessary, drill pilot holes in the wall where you marked the screw locations.
- Mounting: Align the hook with the pilot holes and screw it securely into the wall.
- Testing: Gently pull on the hook to ensure it is firmly in place before hanging items.
Compatibility
The GoodHome Minimalist White Wall Hook is compatible with most wall types, including drywall and wood. Ensure you use the appropriate screws and anchors for your wall material. Not suitable for use on tiled walls without proper drilling and anchoring.
Care
Clean the hook regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. Ensure the hook is dry after cleaning to prevent rust or damage.
