Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pans for the first time, wash them in warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. While these pans are oven-safe up to 450°F, avoid using them under a broiler, as the direct intense heat can damage the nonstick coating. Always use nylon, silicone, or wooden utensils to maintain the smooth surface. After baking, allow the pans to cool completely before submerging them in water to prevent thermal shock. Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry immediately to prevent rust or water spots. If food becomes stuck, soak the pan in warm, soapy water for several minutes rather than using abrasive scrubbing pads.
