FAQs

Can I leave this set outside all year round?

While the PE rattan and steel frame are weather-resistant, we recommend covering the set or storing it in a sheltered area during extreme weather to extend its lifespan.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

Yes, the covers are removable. We recommend hand-washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water to maintain the fabric's integrity.

How many people does the dining table accommodate?

The 140cm x 80cm table is designed to comfortably fit the dining experience for the individuals seated on the chairs and sofas.

What is the weight limit per seat?

Each seat is engineered for standard adult weight. We recommend avoiding exceeding 120kg per individual seat for safety.

Does the set arrive fully assembled?

The stools come fully assembled, but the sofas, chairs, and dining table require assembly.

Troubleshooting

Wobbling furniture

Ensure all bolts are tightened evenly. If the surface is uneven, use leveling feet or pads to stabilize the base.

Glass tabletop sliding

Check that all anti-slide suction cups are clean and firmly pressed into the table frame before placing the glass.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High capacity seating for up to 10 people
  • Sturdy rust-proof steel frame ensures longevity
  • Modular design allows for custom garden arrangements
  • Easy-to-clean tempered glass surface
  • Removable cushion covers for simple maintenance

Cons

  • Requires a large footprint to set up all pieces
  • Assembly required for sofas and table components
  • Cushions should be stored indoors during inclement weather

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is required for the sofas and the dining table; it is recommended to have two people present to align the frame components correctly during the initial setup. Ensure you are working on a flat, level surface to keep the furniture balanced.

For ongoing care, keep the cushions dry by storing them in a shed or waterproof storage box when not in use. You can clean the rattan frame by wiping it down with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes, as these can damage the woven PE rattan material. The tempered glass top can be cleaned using standard glass cleaner to keep it streak-free and transparent.
