Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your mug lasts for years, follow these care guidelines:
- First Use: Rinse the mug thoroughly with warm, soapy water before its first use.
- Hand Wash Only: Never place this mug in the dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents will strip the reactive paint.
- Avoid Microwaves: Do not use this mug in a microwave. The internal heating can damage the heat-sensitive film and cause the design to peel or fade permanently.
- Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft sponge or cloth for cleaning. Avoid abrasive scouring pads that might scratch the exterior coating.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the reactive finish.
