Can I choose the color of the LED lights?
The LED lights cycle through a range of colors automatically and cannot be manually controlled or set to a specific color.
How do I clean the shower head?
Clean the shower head with a soft, damp cloth. For limescale, use a mild descaler or a diluted white vinegar solution, then rinse and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting
LED lights are not illuminating.
Ensure the minimum operating pressure of 0.5 Bar is met. Check for any blockages in the shower head nozzles or the connecting pipework. Verify that the shower head is correctly and securely attached to the shower arm.
Water pressure seems low through the shower head.
Check for blockages within the shower head itself or the supply hose. Ensure the main water supply to the property is turned on fully. If using a mixer shower, check the settings.
Chrome finish is dull or stained.
Clean the shower head with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher stains, use a solution of white vinegar and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Fittings feel loose or are leaking.
Gently tighten the connection between the shower head and the arm. If leaking persists, check the condition of any seals or O-rings and consider reapplying plumber's tape to the threads.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Installation of the Nuie LED Square Fixed Shower Head requires careful attention. It can be mounted using either a wall-mounted shower arm or a ceiling shower arm. Ensure all connections are secure but avoid over-tightening, as the fittings can be susceptible to damage during installation. It is recommended to use plumber's tape on threaded connections to ensure a watertight seal.
Compatibility:
This shower head requires a minimum operating water pressure of 0.5 Bar. It is compatible with standard UK plumbing systems. Ensure the shower arm you are using is compatible with a fixed head installation.
Care:
To maintain the chrome finish and functionality, clean the shower head regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. Periodically, check the shower head face for any limescale buildup and gently clean with a mild descaler or vinegar solution if necessary. Due to the LED mechanism, do not immerse the shower head in cleaning solutions or attempt to disassemble it.
