The VEVOR 13-Gallon Flammable Storage Cabinet is designed for industrial, commercial, and workshop professionals who require a secure, fire-resistant solution for storing hazardous materials. Its primary benefit is the combination of a fully welded cold-rolled steel structure and advanced safety features like vapor venting and spill containment, though users should note that the unit’s robust construction makes it relatively heavy and requires a stable, level surface for installation.

It is designed to be fire-resistant with double-walled steel, intended to provide critical time for containment during a fire event.
While the cabinet has built-in vents, local safety regulations may require you to connect these to an external exhaust system.
The shelves are designed for standard flammable liquid container weights; avoid overloading individual shelves with excessive bulk items.
This unit is specifically engineered for flammable liquids. Always check chemical compatibility charts before storing different substances together.
The sump is designed to catch and contain spills so that hazardous liquids do not leak out onto the workshop floor.
Ensure the cabinet is perfectly level on the floor, as uneven surfaces can cause the steel frame to twist and misalign the door mechanism.
Clean the area with a non-abrasive cleaner and check that no chemical leaks are actively occurring from containers stored inside.
Installation requires a level, solid floor to ensure the doors seal perfectly. Once positioned, connect the grounding wire to a facility-approved grounding point to neutralize static. To maintain the cabinet, wipe down the exterior with a dry cloth and periodically inspect the interior sump for any signs of liquid accumulation. Do not store incompatible chemicals on the same shelf, and ensure all containers are tightly capped. Regularly check the locking mechanism to ensure the triple-point latch engages smoothly.
