Combining excellent adhesion to bare metal, exceptional 'hold-out', and build, cellulose primer dries to a smooth finish and is suitable for use under most topcoat finishes. ADVANTAGES: 2 - 3 full coats, 15 minutes flash off between coats, Fast Drying, Easy to sand, Exceptional 'hold out'. APPLICATION: Primer Surfacer: 1 (Primer) : 1 (Thinner), Primer Filler 1 ½ (Primer) : 1 (Thinner). Spraying recommendations provided for HVLP and Conventional spray guns. Drying times: Air Dry: 1hour @ 20°C, LOW Bake: 15 minutes @ 60°C Metal Temperature.
