Full details
Experience the silent beauty of stone that has stood for thousands of years with Thorndown Limestone Interior and Exterior Wood Paint. This light, soft, stony grey paint has just a hint of yellow or orange warmth, inspired by the dramatic limestone gorges of the local area. This environmentally friendly paint is perfect for any type of timber, whether internal or external, and offers a delicate satin finish that allows wood grain to shine through. Mix the paint with Clear for a more transparent finish or with water for a wood stain effect, and for a water-repellent finish, when diluted with water, just add a couple of coats of UV Clear. With the best exterior-grade colourants available, this deep colour will last for years without UV fading. Paint terracotta, metal, and even PVC window frames. The application of this water-based & odour-free paint is easy, whether used straight from the tin, mixed with other colours, or diluted for a wood stain effect, you'll love the finished results. This paint is quick & economical with no primer or undercoat required, and dries in one to two hours in fine weather. It is a water-based eco product with minimal VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) at 0.28% and offers long-lasting UV protection. The paint has a very strong bond with timber, coats metal and plastic including uPVC window frames, and is water repellent, micro-porous, and frost resistant. It's ideal for painting doors, windows, cladding, decks, sheds, cabins, trellis and fences.
