Troubleshooting
Pen not writing
Ensure the pen cap is removed and try scribbling on a scrap piece of paper to activate the ink flow. If the issue persists, the ink cartridge may need replacement.
Pencil not sharpening properly
Check the sharpener for any debris or broken lead stuck inside. Ensure the pencil is inserted straight into the sharpener.
Eraser smudging instead of erasing
Ensure you are using sufficient pressure and that the paper surface is suitable for erasing. For stubborn marks, a different type of eraser might be more effective.
Items don't fit back into the case
Verify that you are placing each item in its designated spot within the case. Ensure no items are damaged or warped, preventing them from fitting correctly.
