No, it is not dishwasher safe. Please wash it by hand or use a machine wash on a gentle cycle according to the label.
The bag is primarily designed with foam padding for cold retention; while it may offer some insulation for warm items, it is optimized for keeping items cold.
The bag measures 20 x 26 x 9.5 cm.
The front pocket is an external accessory pocket and is not insulated like the main compartment.
The bag features a waterproof zipper on the front pocket, but the main body is designed for general everyday use and should not be submerged in water.
Wipe the interior with a mixture of mild soap and water, then allow it to air dry thoroughly in an open position.
Clear any debris from the zipper teeth and ensure no fabric is caught in the track; applying a small amount of beeswax can help if it remains resistant.
To maximize the performance of your Herschel Lunch Box, it is recommended to use slim ice bricks rather than loose ice to preserve the interior fabric. For cleaning, the bag is designed to be low-maintenance; it can be cleaned by hand using a mild detergent or placed in a washing machine on a gentle cycle. Always consult the internal care label for specific temperature settings before machine washing. Ensure the bag is completely air-dried before storing it to prevent odors or mildew buildup.
