FAQs

Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

The earrings are made with high-quality fashion materials; however, if you have severe nickel or metal sensitivities, please exercise caution as they are fashion jewelry.

Can I wear these in the shower?

No, it is recommended to remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to protect the gold plating and the setting of the stones.

What are the exact dimensions?

The studs measure approximately 0.91 cm in height and 1.14 cm in width.

How much do the earrings weigh?

Each earring weighs approximately 2.05 grams, which is considered lightweight for stud earrings.

Do they come with a storage pouch?

While individual packaging may vary based on the retailer, it is highly recommended to store them in a soft cloth pouch when not in use to avoid scratches.

Troubleshooting

Earring backing feels loose

Gently squeeze the butterfly backing with a pair of fine-tipped pliers to increase tension, or replace the backing with a standard gold-tone replacement.

Stones appear dull or cloudy

Use a soft, dry jewelry polishing cloth to gently buff the surface; avoid water or liquid solvents.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your earrings in peak condition, handle them with care when inserting the earring posts. Ensure the backings are pushed on fully to prevent loss.

Care Instructions:

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and lotions, as these can dull the gold finish and cloud the pave stones.
Clean gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove oils.
Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, which may dislodge the delicate pave stones.
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a separate pouch or lined jewelry box, to prevent scratching against other pieces.
