FAQs

Is this cap machine washable?

No, it is recommended to hand wash the cap in lukewarm water to preserve the technical waterproof coating and the structure of the foldable peak.

Can I wear this in extreme wind?

Yes, the cap is windproof; however, because it is lightweight, ensure it is adjusted to a snug fit to prevent it from being blown off.

How do I fold the peak properly?

Simply fold the peak in half along the center crease; the material is designed to flex without breaking.

Does the fabric feel noisy when moving?

The material is soft and designed for outdoor use, meaning it does not have the harsh 'rustle' noise associated with some heavy-duty rain shells.

Is this cap adjustable?

Yes, it features a standard rear adjustment strap to ensure a comfortable, secure fit for most adult head sizes.

Troubleshooting

Peak seems slightly misshapen after long storage

Gently manipulate the peak back into its natural curve and wear the cap; body heat will help the material reset its shape.

Water appears to bead less effectively after heavy use

Dirt and oils can mask the waterproof finish. Gently hand wash the cap to restore the beading performance of the DWR treatment.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize the lifespan of your Nash ZT Lite Dry Pack Baseball Cap, follow these care guidelines:

Cleaning: Hand wash only using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may compromise the waterproof coating.
Drying: Air dry naturally. Never tumble dry or place directly on a heater, as heat can warp the technical fabrics and the peak.
Storage: While the cap is designed to be folded, it is best to store it in a relaxed, unfolded state if you are not actively on a session to maintain the integrity of the peak.
Compatibility: The neutral green colorway is designed to complement existing Nash ZT clothing ranges and most outdoor gear.
