Is the ink from shipping labels easy to apply to this surface?

Troubleshooting
Paper tearing unevenly when pulled
Ensure the roll is mounted on a dispenser with a serrated blade or use a straight-edge guide to facilitate a clean cut.
Paper feeling damp or weak
Relocate the roll to a drier storage area; paper is hygroscopic and will absorb moisture from humid air.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High-capacity 200m length reduces the frequency of roll changes
- Environmentally conscious packaging material
- Cost-effective for high-volume e-commerce shipping
- Versatile for both internal cushioning and external wrapping
Cons
- Heavier items may require multiple layers for sufficient padding
- Width may be insufficient for wrapping very large parcels without overlapping
- Standard imitation Kraft texture may not offer the same moisture resistance as coated papers
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the utility of your Kraft roll, it is recommended to mount the roll on a standard horizontal cutter or wall-mounted paper dispenser to ensure clean, efficient tearing. When storing, keep the roll in a dry, cool environment to prevent humidity from softening the paper fibers, which can reduce its tensile strength. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent potential discolouration over long periods. When wrapping, always ensure you have a clean surface area to prevent dust or debris from transferring to the paper, particularly if using it for aesthetic gift presentation.
