FAQs

What is the material of the frames?

The frames are crafted from high-quality acetate with a shiny black finish.

Does the product include a case?

Yes, the sunglasses come with a protective case and a dedicated cleaning cloth.

Are these sunglasses suitable for all face shapes?

The Anagram sunglasses are designed with a universal fit; however, personal preference regarding the oval shape may vary based on individual facial features.

How should I clean the lenses?

Use the provided microfiber cloth. You may also use a small amount of mild, non-lotion dish soap and water, then dry immediately with a clean cloth.

What do the frame measurements mean?

The measurements (49mm lens width, 38mm height, 21mm bridge, 145mm temple) define the size of the lens, the gap between lenses, and the length of the arms, ensuring compatibility with standard adult facial dimensions.

Can I have prescription lenses put into these frames?

We recommend consulting a professional optician to determine if the Anagram frame geometry supports your specific prescription requirements.

Troubleshooting

Sunglasses feel loose or slide down the nose

Take the frames to a professional optician for a frame adjustment to tighten the temple tension.

Lens surface has persistent smudges

Use a specialized lens cleaning solution and the provided microfiber cloth to gently buff away oils.

Frame feels stiff or tight

Ensure the frames are at room temperature. If they continue to feel tight, professional heat-adjustment by an optician is recommended.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sophisticated design that elevates any outfit
High-quality smoke-grey lenses for effective glare reduction
Sturdy construction with premium acetate material
Includes a branded protective case and cleaning cloth for maintenance

Cons

Acetate frames may feel heavier than titanium models
Oval shape may not suit all face structures equally
Shiny finish can be prone to visible fingerprints

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Anagram sunglasses, store them in the provided protective case whenever they are not in use to prevent scratches on the lens and frame. Avoid leaving the glasses in hot environments, such as inside a parked vehicle, as excessive heat can warp the acetate material. Use only the included microfiber cleaning cloth and a neutral lens cleaner to remove smudges; avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive tissues that could damage the lens coating. If the fit requires minor adjustments, visit a professional optician to avoid snapping the acetate frame.
