Troubleshooting

Divan base is unstable or squeaks

Ensure all connecting bolts and fixtures are tightened securely. Check that the base is on a level surface and that all legs/castors are firmly attached.

Drawers are difficult to open or close

Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the drawers are correctly aligned and not overloaded. Clean and lubricate the runners if necessary.

Mattress feels firmer or softer than expected

Allow the mattress a few weeks to 'settle' as it adapts to your body. Remember that perceived firmness can be subjective and influenced by your sleeping position and previous mattress.

Visible indentations on mattress surface

This is often normal body contouring and not a defect. Rotating and flipping the mattress (if applicable) regularly helps to distribute wear evenly.
