Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure walls are clean, dry, and smooth before application. It is recommended to use a suitable wallpaper adhesive designed for paper-based wallpapers. Paste the paper method is typically recommended for this type of wallpaper; apply adhesive evenly to the back of the wallpaper strip and allow it to 'book' for the recommended time before hanging. Precise cutting and alignment are necessary for seamless pattern matching.
Compatibility: This wallpaper is suitable for most interior walls that are properly prepared. It is not recommended for use in areas with consistently high humidity or direct water contact, such as bathrooms or shower enclosures, unless a suitable protective sealant is applied by a professional.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the wallpaper, clean gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the print and the paper substrate. For tougher marks, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean damp cloth. Ensure the cloth is not overly wet to prevent soaking the paper.
