FAQs

What is the difference between Extrait and Eau de Parfum?

Extrait is the most concentrated form of a fragrance, offering a deeper, longer-lasting scent profile compared to the lighter Eau de Parfum.

How long does the scent typically last?

Due to its high concentration and the 42-day maturation process, it is designed for exceptional longevity, often lasting throughout the entire day.

Can this be worn during the day?

While it can be worn anytime, its dense and intense nature makes it more suitable for evening wear or cooler seasons.

Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to test the fragrance on a small area of your inner arm before applying it to your neck or chest.

Does the bottle come with a cap?

Yes, it features a high-quality cap designed to protect the atomizer and maintain the integrity of the fragrance.

Troubleshooting

Scent fades faster than expected

Apply to hydrated skin or layer over a neutral, fragrance-free lotion to help anchor the oils.

Bottle nozzle is blocked

Wipe the atomizer head with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol to remove residual oil buildup.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptional longevity due to high fragrance concentration
Sophisticated, complex scent profile with premium ingredients
Elegant bottle design suitable for display
Dense, masculine woody notes that evolve well over time

Cons

Scent is highly intense, which may not suit casual or office environments
Higher price point reflecting its extrait concentration
Darker, woodier profile may not appeal to fans of citrus-heavy, light fragrances

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of the fragrance, store the 50 ml bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and fluctuating temperatures. Sunlight and heat can degrade the essential oils and alter the composition of the scent over time. When applying, hold the bottle about 4-6 inches away from your skin to ensure an even mist. Ensure your skin is clean and moisturized before application, as dry skin tends to absorb fragrances faster, which can shorten the duration of the scent on your body.
