The Zeal Keep It Handy Berry Colander is designed for home cooks who frequently wash small portions of fruit and desire a space-saving kitchen tool. Its standout feature is its compact, tea-cup-sized frame, which makes it perfect for rinsing single servings of berries or grapes without the bulk of a full-sized colander; however, its small dimensions mean it is strictly intended for individual portions rather than large family-sized batches.

While durable, we recommend hand washing to maintain the longevity of the finish, though it can generally handle standard dishwasher cycles.
The colander is 10cm in diameter, roughly comparable to a large tea cup.
This colander is designed primarily for rinsing fresh produce and berries; it is not recommended for boiling hot pasta or heavy, dense items.
This specific model is the Pink variant.
Yes, Zeal uses high-quality food-safe materials for all their kitchen tools.
It is designed to hold a single-serving portion, typically one cup of fruit, depending on the size of the berries.
Ensure the drainage holes are not obstructed by large fruit debris and check that the surface below allows for airflow.
Dry the countertop before placing the colander down to ensure the non-slip base can achieve maximum grip.
No complex setup is required for the Zeal Keep It Handy Berry Colander; it is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. Because of its size, it integrates seamlessly into any kitchen storage setup, fitting well on shelves designed for coffee mugs or small glassware. To maintain the integrity of the material, wash the colander with warm soapy water after each use. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads that might scratch the finish, and ensure it is completely dry before placing it back into a closed cupboard to maintain hygiene.
