What material is the planter made of?

The planter is constructed from durable steel and a plastic mix, offering a balance of strength and manageability.

Can this planter be used outdoors year-round?

Yes, its durable steel construction is designed to withstand outdoor elements. However, like all metal garden items, prolonged exposure to extreme weather and moisture without proper care can affect its longevity. Ensure good drainage.

Does it come with drainage holes?

The product description does not specify pre-drilled drainage holes. It is recommended to ensure adequate drainage by adding a layer of gravel at the bottom or by drilling holes if necessary for your specific plants and location.

What tools are needed for assembly?

How should I clean the planter?

Regular dusting with a soft cloth will maintain its appearance. For more thorough cleaning, use a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

What are the exact dimensions of the planter?

The overall dimensions are 320 cm in length, 40 cm in width, and 45 cm in height (L x W x H).

Is the green color available in other shades or finishes?

This specific model is listed as 'Green'. Please refer to other vidaXL product listings for alternative colors or finishes if available.

Troubleshooting

Planter feels unstable after assembly

Ensure all screws are tightened securely during assembly. Double-check that the planter is on a level surface.

While steel is durable, prolonged exposure to harsh elements without care can cause minor rust. Clean with a mild abrasive (like baking soda paste) and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Consider applying a protective sealant if used in very humid or coastal environments.

Difficulty in assembly

Review the included instructions carefully. Ensure you have a clear workspace and the necessary screwdriver. If issues persist, re-examine the alignment of parts before fully tightening screws.
