The Thompson & Morgan Incredipeatfree Premium Compost is designed for home gardeners seeking a high-quality, peat-free growing medium. Its key benefit is providing sustained nourishment for up to a year, promoting robust plant growth and vibrant blooms with minimal effort. A potential consideration is that while it offers a year's feed, supplementing in particularly demanding conditions or for heavy feeders might be beneficial for optimal results.

Peat-free means the compost does not contain peat, a vital natural resource harvested from peatlands. Using peat-free compost supports environmental conservation efforts and reduces your garden's carbon footprint.
The compost is enriched with Incredifeed, providing nutrients for up to 12 months from the time of planting, depending on plant type and environmental conditions.
While it is a multi-purpose compost, for the finest seeds, a dedicated seed compost with a lighter texture and lower nutrient content is generally recommended to avoid overwhelming delicate seedlings.
The 'INCREDi formula' refers to the proprietary blend of ingredients and nutrients in this compost, designed to enhance overall plant performance, leading to stronger growth and better blooms.
The seaweed extract is incorporated into the compost during manufacturing and provides benefits throughout the compost's feeding cycle. No additional replenishment is typically needed.
Store unused compost in a cool, dry place in its original, sealed bag. This prevents it from drying out or becoming contaminated, preserving its quality.
The product contains natural ingredients and seaweed extract, which are generally accepted in organic gardening. However, for strict organic certification, always check the specific product's certifications or guidelines from your organic certification body.
While the compost provides a year's feed, observe your plants. If deficiency is suspected, consider a light application of a balanced liquid fertilizer suitable for your plants.
The advanced moisture control helps, but adjust watering based on weather and plant needs. Ensure pots have adequate drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.
A slight earthy smell is normal. If it smells foul or ammonia-like, it may have been stored improperly or contaminated. Use a different bag or report to the retailer.
Setup: Incredipeatfree Premium Compost is ready to use straight from the bag. Simply open the packaging and fill your pots, containers, or prepared garden beds. Ensure even distribution for best results.
Compatibility: This multi-purpose compost is suitable for a wide array of plants, including vegetables, fruits, flowers, shrubs, and trees. It is ideal for:
Care: Store the compost in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the bag sealed when not in use to retain moisture and prevent contamination. While the compost contains a year's feed, observe your plants for any signs of nutrient deficiency, especially during prolonged growth or flowering periods, and supplement with a suitable plant food if necessary.
