Troubleshooting

Skates are too tight or too loose

Ensure the push-button adjustment is fully engaged and the ratchet straps are tightened securely to the child's comfort and safety.

Wheels are not spinning freely

Check for debris caught in the wheels or bearings. Carefully remove any obstructions and re-test. If the issue persists, the bearings may need cleaning or replacement.

Brake is not effective

Ensure the brake block is properly aligned and not excessively worn. If worn, it may need to be replaced.

Discomfort or rubbing during use

Adjust the ratchet straps for a more personalized fit. Ensure the inner sock is positioned correctly and not causing pressure points. The pivoting heel cuff should flex with the foot.
