FAQs

Is the Coselena snack box dishwasher safe?

While the container is sturdy, we recommend hand washing the lid and the container to extend the lifespan of the sealing ring and locking clips.

Can I put this in the freezer?

Yes, the materials are rated for temperatures down to -20°C.

Are the compartments completely leakproof between each other?

The compartments are designed to keep items separate, but they are not independently airtight. The outer lid provides the main seal.

What are the exact dimensions?

The container measures 31 cm x 24 cm x 6.8 cm.

Does the handle fold down flat?

Yes, the handle is designed to fold flush against the lid, allowing for easy storage and stacking.

Troubleshooting

Lid is difficult to lock

Ensure the sealing ring is perfectly aligned and not pinched; clear any food debris from the locking clips.

Dividers feel loose

Push the dividers firmly into the base slots until you feel them click into place.

Condensation inside the container

Allow hot foods to cool completely to room temperature before placing them inside the container and sealing the lid.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare the container for use, ensure the rubber sealing ring is properly seated in the lid groove to maintain the airtight lock. When organizing your food, place heavier or denser items at the base to ensure stability.

Care Instructions:

Wash with warm soapy water before the first use.
To preserve the integrity of the locking mechanism and the sealing ring, avoid using high-heat industrial dishwashers.
Always ensure the container is completely dry before sealing for long-term storage.
Keep away from direct heat sources as this may warp the plastic housing.
