The Joules Rainmore Check Waterproof Button-Through Raincoat is designed for adult women who want a stylish, heritage-inspired option for unpredictable wet-weather days. Its primary benefit is a fully waterproof shell with taped seams that offers reliable protection without the bulk of heavy winter gear, making it perfect for social outings or daily errands. One caveat to keep in mind is that while the button-through design offers a classic aesthetic, it may not be as wind-sealed as coats featuring full-length zippers.

Yes, the coat features a fully waterproof shell and taped seams, making it highly effective for standard rainy conditions.
The hood is fixed to the coat to ensure maximum waterproof protection, but it is adjustable for a better fit.
Wipe with a damp cloth for surface dirt. If washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle with a specialized technical fabric detergent.
Yes, the inclusion of a back vent allows for airflow, making it comfortable even when you are walking or active.
The coat is crafted from high-quality cotton, chosen for its comfort and durability.
The pockets are slanted and welted to protect contents from rain, though they are not fully sealed against submersion.
The waterproof coating may be wearing off. Consider applying a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray specifically designed for waterproof outerwear.
Periodically check the button stitching. Because of the button-through design, light tension is normal; reinforce any loose threads immediately to prevent loss.
Hang the coat in a bathroom while running a hot shower; the steam will naturally help release wrinkles from the cotton-based material.
Because this is a technical waterproof garment, proper care is essential to maintain its efficacy. Avoid machine washing if possible; instead, wipe down the outer shell with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt or debris. If a deeper clean is required, always consult the internal care label for specific temperature settings. To preserve the waterproof coating, do not use heavy detergents or fabric softeners. When not in use, hang the coat on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place to prevent the fabric from creasing or mildew buildup.
