The Little Friends Large Narrow Bar Pet Cage is a spacious 119cm habitat designed for owners of small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and rats who prioritize safety and floor space. Its primary benefit is the specialized 8.6mm bar spacing, which prevents escapes and keeps even young, smaller animals secure within their environment. However, due to its size and weight, it is best suited for a permanent location in your home as it is not designed for frequent transport or travel.

No, they are structural reinforcement bars designed to increase the overall durability and strength of the cage frame.
Double-check that all side panels are fully locked into their retaining clips and verify that the horizontal strengthening bars are correctly positioned.
Use a specialized narrow-head brush or a damp microfiber cloth wrapped around a thin tool to reach into the tighter 8.6mm intervals.
To set up your Little Friends cage, ensure you have an open, flat floor area measuring at least 120cm by 60cm. The assembly involves interlocking the reinforced side panels; check that all clips are fully engaged to maintain structural integrity. For daily care, wipe down the internal bars with a pet-safe disinfectant to remove debris. Because of the narrow bar spacing, use a soft-bristled brush to clear any bedding or food particles that may get stuck in the corners. Regularly inspect the horizontal strengthening bars for any signs of surface rust if your pet frequently splashes water near the edges of the cage.
