FAQs

Can this mirror be used in a bathroom?

It is not recommended. The bouclé fabric frame may absorb moisture and trap dust, which could lead to mold or staining in high-humidity environments.

Does this mirror come with wall screws?

The mirror includes the hanging brackets, but you will need to purchase screws and wall plugs appropriate for the specific surface of your wall, such as plasterboard, brick, or concrete.

How do I clean the mirror glass?

Use a soft microfiber cloth and a standard glass cleaner. Spray the cloth rather than the glass to avoid getting cleaner on the fabric frame.

What is the total projection of the mirror?

The mirror projects 4cm from the wall surface.

Is the fabric frame removable?

No, the cream bouclé fabric is a permanent part of the frame structure and should not be removed.

How much does the mirror weigh?

While the exact weight can vary, its size allows for standard wall mounting; however, always ensure your wall type can support its weight load.

Troubleshooting

Mirror appears slightly tilted on the wall

Ensure both triangular brackets are level; adjust the tension of your wall screws or use a spirit level during installation.

Fabric frame has accumulated dust

Use a low-suction vacuum with a soft upholstery brush attachment; do not scrub the fabric.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Adds instant warmth through soft-touch texture
Large 80cm size effectively enhances room brightness
Neutral cream color matches diverse decor palettes
Secure dual-bracket mounting system
Lightweight and easy to position

Cons

Bouclé fabric can be difficult to clean if stained
Not suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms due to fabric frame
Requires professional hardware appropriate for your specific wall type

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, use the two provided triangular hanging brackets. Because the mirror has a specific weight and size, always ensure you are using wall plugs and screws rated for your specific wall type, such as drywall anchors or masonry screws. For care, avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals on the bouclé fabric. Gently vacuum the fabric frame using a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For the glass surface, use a high-quality glass cleaner and a lint-free microfiber cloth, being careful to shield the fabric frame from any overspray to prevent potential water spots or discoloration.
