Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires removing the old brake blocks and sliding the new pads into the existing brake shoe holders. Always ensure the pads are aligned parallel to the rim surface to ensure even wear. Compatibility covers the Magura HS11, HS12, HS24, HS33, HS33R, and HS66 brake systems. Regular maintenance involves inspecting the pad grooves; once the grooves are worn nearly flat, the pads should be replaced to maintain braking integrity. Keep the rims clean using a dedicated bicycle degreaser to extend the life of the brake pads.
