Troubleshooting

Pushchair won't fold

Ensure the seat is in an upright position and that no obstructions are preventing the folding mechanism. Check that the one-hand fold lever is fully engaged.

Wheels are not spinning smoothly

Check for any debris, hair, or dirt caught in the wheel axles or housing. Clean thoroughly and lubricate if necessary.

Brake is difficult to engage or release

Inspect the brake mechanism for dirt or obstructions. Ensure the pushchair is on a flat surface when engaging the brake.

Seat fabric is dirty

Refer to the care label for the specific fabric. Most parts can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water. The Merino Wool/TENCEL™ insert may require specific cleaning methods.

Canopy won't stay open

Ensure the canopy frame is fully extended and locked into place. Check that the zippers for the extendable sections are fully closed.

Care: The canopy is water-repellent and UPF 50+, with zip-off removal for cleaning. The seat insert, made from Merino Wool and TENCEL™ lyocell, requires gentle hand washing or professional cleaning according to its care label.
