The RidgeMonkey Connect Deep Pan & Griddle XL Granite Edition is a versatile cooking set that transforms one pan into two. It features a deep-sided saucepan and a separate griddle pan. The griddle pan doubles as a lid for the deeper pan and can be detached to allow simultaneous cooking of two different food items. The cookware boasts an all-new granite-style coating for enhanced toughness, durability, and non-stick properties. The set includes a griddle pan, a deep-sided saucepan, and a set of removable magnetic, thermoset plastic cool-touch handles with a protective pouch. It also features a detachable hinge system, lightweight aluminium construction, a sleek Gunmetal Grey finish, and a ridged exterior for even heat transfer. The cookware is fully compatible with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster XL Granite Edition and can be used on all traditional stoves and direct heat sources, but is not suitable for induction hobs. The dimensions are 235mm (350mm with handles) x 205mm x 135mm, and it weighs 1215g (full pan, including handles). The deep-sided pan weighs 790g and the griddle pan weighs 425g. The capacity of the deep pan is 3.4 litres.
