The press-stud closure helps keep contents secure, but it is not waterproof or airtight.
Check for any obstructions or debris in the press stud. Ensure the folder is not overfilled, as this can prevent proper closure. If the issue persists, the press stud might be damaged; consider using a different folder.
Avoid overfilling the folder beyond the 150-sheet capacity. Handle the folder with care, particularly around the edges and closure. If the tear is small, you can try using tape to reinforce it; otherwise, replace the folder.

These folders require no special setup; simply insert your A4 documents into the folder. Ensure the document size does not exceed A4. The folders are compatible with standard A4 paper sizes and can be used with various types of paper, including printed documents, handwritten notes, and more.
Care Instructions: Clean the folders with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the polypropylene. Store the folders in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their condition and prevent discoloration.
