Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unroll the wire mesh fence carefully. It is recommended to have at least two people for easier handling, especially over longer distances.
- Position the fence line according to your desired boundary or enclosure.
- Install the straight posts at regular intervals (typically every 2-3 meters) along the fence line. Insert the posts into the floor flanges and secure them.
- Use the strut posts and diagonal strut post holders to provide additional support at corners or at intervals for longer runs, ensuring the fence remains taut.
- Attach the mesh to the posts using the provided pliers and M nails, or other suitable fasteners, ensuring it is pulled taut.
- Cut the mesh to the desired length using appropriate cutting tools if needed. Ensure cut edges are managed to prevent snags.
Compatibility:
This fence is designed for outdoor use on various ground surfaces. The floor flanges allow for mounting on concrete, decks, or other solid surfaces. For softer ground, additional anchoring methods may be required.
Care:
Due to its galvanized and PVC-coated nature, the fence requires minimal maintenance. Regularly inspect the fence for any damage or loose connections. Clean with a damp cloth if necessary, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the PVC coating.
