FAQs

How do I know my correct size?

The BR/Supplier size is equivalent to the EU size. Compare this to your usual EU size to find the best fit.

Are these flip-flops waterproof?

Yes, they are made from rubber and are completely water-resistant, making them ideal for the beach or pool.

Can I put these in the washing machine?

It is recommended to clean them by hand using water and mild soap to preserve the quality of the rubber.

Do these provide arch support?

They feature a standard flat sole design and do not have significant orthopedic arch support.

Are the straps comfortable between the toes?

The straps are made of soft, flexible rubber specifically designed to minimize irritation between the toes.

Troubleshooting

Straps feel too tight or loose

Havaianas rubber has a slight give; wear them for a short time to allow the straps to naturally conform to your foot shape.

Slipping while walking on smooth surfaces

Ensure the soles are free from debris or mud; clean the bottom of the flip-flops to restore the non-slip tread functionality.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely durable and long-lasting material
Water and heat resistant for summer versatility
Lightweight and comfortable for extended wear
Slim strap design offers a modern, stylish look
Reliable non-slip grip on wet surfaces

Cons

Sizing can be confusing due to BR/EU conversion
Minimal arch support may not suit everyone for long-distance walking
Slim straps may feel less secure for those accustomed to thicker designs

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, verify your size by checking the BR/Supplier size listed on the product, which is equivalent to the EU size. When caring for your Havaianas, rinsing them with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorinated pool water will help maintain the integrity of the rubber. If they become dirty, a simple wipe with a soft cloth or a quick wash with mild soap and water is sufficient. Avoid storing them in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods when not in use to maximize the longevity of the rubber material.
